Meirian's current research involves modelling and analysing donor flow through an Australian Red Cross blood donor centre. The goal of this project is to optimise productivity and donor retention through simulation and scheduling.
She is a Research Community Coordinator and LaTeX trainer with Research Platforms Services at the University of Melbourne. She is also a tutor in the subject areas of data analysis, statistics, discrete mathematics and operations research.
